[RESOLVED] Program to mimmic screen caputing and saving the capture as a BMP file.

Hi there, I am going to work on an activity with students that helps to teach writing. The activity uses Internet Explorer. I would like to save their work to the computer, but some of the students would have a hard time using print screen, going to paint, then paste, then save. I was wondering if there was a way to mimic those keystrokes, so all the students would have to do is run the EXE, and have the program screen capture whatever is open in Internet Explorer as they would only have 1 tab open.

It does not have to be fancy, but if it could save to a bmp, then the students could view and edit their work later. :)
